Champions chapter 4

Chapter 4: The shadow of Burnside.

Summer vacation was over and school was starting again. It is Peter's last year at high school before he decides to go and study at a university. Peter just finished breakfeast and was heading out to school and  he meets June on his way to school. At the school there was rumors about a new transfer student that moved to this city.
Some kind of genius did Peter hear. Not that he cared so much about it. But then the teacher came inside and wanted to introduce a new student to Peter's class. Peter was surprised when he saw who the transfer student was. It was the same girl that he saved in Canada (read chapter 3). Apperantly she was on her way to Millennium city when the storm struck and the plane crashed. She was short haired and kind of cute but looked kind of shy. The girl started to introduce herself.
Amy: My name is Amy Rivera, nice to meet you.
Teacher: Well now Amy, take vaccant seat so we can start the lesson.
Peter's seat was at the back of the right corner and just beside him was Jonas seat and right in front of Peter was June's seat and there was a seat vaccant just beside of her. So she decided to sit there and then the lesson started. At break time June suggested that they should have lunch together. They sat together at one table and then they saw Amy sitting alone at one table. Peter suggested that Amy should eat together with them and Jonas and June agreed. Peter went to Amy to ask if she would go and have lunch together.
Peter: Would you like to eat lunch with me and my friends.
Not sure at first but seeing that turning down Peter's invitation would be rude she said yes. Then they talked about different stuffs that high school students talks about. Then suddendly without a warning did peter's crime computer start give out a sound. He recieved a mail from a Champion named Witchcraft. And she need Cyber Titan's help in the ghost town of Burnside.
Amy: Is something the matter.
Peter: Nothing, just need to go to the boys room.
He then walked out of the cafeteria up to the rooftop.
When he arrived at to the school roof he brought out a device that lets him morph into Cyber Titan whenever he wants. He calls the device for Cyber Morpher.
Peter: Champion, on route.
Then suddendly he morphed into Cyber Titan and flew away to Burnside. When Cyber Titan arrived in Burnside he saw the astral form of Witchcraft.
Witchcraft: Glad to meet you Cyber Titan.
Cyber Titan: What did you need my help for.
Witchcraft: Some dark force is making the spirit of the dead rise in Burnside.
Cyber Titan: Do you know who is behind all of this.
Witchcraft: Not yet I'm afraid and I'm growing weak every minute that past.
Witchcraft: You must purify the well with this stone and the come back to me for more instructions.
Cyber Titan: Got it.
Cyber Titan then went to the well and his way he was ambushed by ghost bandits from the wild west period. Cyber Titan then shooted the ghosts with his Concussor beam which came out of his hands and 3 ghosts disappeared out of thin air. Then he used his Energy sword and cut them the rest of them.
Cyber Titan: Is that all you got, I was expecting a challenge.
Then he continued to the well and there he put the stone inside the well and suddendly ghosts started appear and disappear. Cyber Titan the went back to Witchcraft's astral form.
Witchcraft: I can sense that the darkness of this place has been lifted a little but not much I'm afraid.
Cyber Titan: What do i need to do now.
Witchcraft: I just found out who is behind all of this, it is none only than my evil sister Talisman and she have me captured in the Haunted Mine.
Cyber Titan: I save you, you can count on that, said Cyber Titan.
Then he hurried to the haunted mine and once inside he stod up against a bunch ghosts that wanted to kill him so he punched them all without a sweat and proceeded. While he advanced trough the mine he shooted the ghosts with his wristbolters and his minigun until he came to the end of the mine. At the end of the mine he saw two womens, one was Talisman and the other was Witchcraft with her arms chained.
Witchcraft: How can you do this to your own sister, said Witchcraft.
Talisman: I make you join the dark side once and for all.
Witchcraft: I will never join the dark side.
Talisman: You will when I'm done with you.
Cyber Titan: Stop this evil deed at one.
Talisman: You have interfered for the last time and for that you will be burn in hellfire.
Cyber Titan: Bring it on.
Cyber Titan went straight in and punched Talisman in the stomach.The battle was over in an instant before Talisman could cast any spell. Talisman lost her conscious. Cyber Titan then grabbed at her and placed her on his shoulder.
Witchcraft: Thank you for your assistance, Cyber Titan. Give me a moment to cast a counterspell to get rid of these spectral chains.
After Witchcraft got rid of the chains both of them left the mine.
Witchcraft: Thank you Cyber Titan. If the Champions ever need some assistance we will know who to call.
Then she left to turn in Talisman to the police and Cyber Titan went back School before lunch break ended. Peter manage back into class before the lesson started and Amy was worried what took him so long.
Amy: Did everything go fine.
Peter smiled.
Peter: No problem, everything is alright.
